Fitness fads come and go. There has been aerobic step, cardio dance, running, walking, biking and everything in between when it comes to new fitness routines. I would guess that over the years, you have probably tried them all, but none of them felt “right” to you.

My clients will tend to have been most consistent with walking but have let other forms of exercise fall by the wayside. It’s definitely the time to build a routine to keep your body strong, build your bone density, protect your joints, and gives you the vitality you deserve!
