I’m Aubrey, a health and wellness expert, who specializes in working with women, and a few good men, over 50 to help you live your best life!

I am a sucker for delicious, healthy, and flavorful food, especially Thai. I’m a lover of family, my husband and two little kids, dogs (especially my mini dachshund, Leonard), babies, and nature; but you won’t catch me camping! You’ll probably find me on my back porch at home, in the woods, sipping a cup of chai tea 😉

My programs are for you if you are ready to finally put your health first and make the next 50 years even better than the first!

If you want to live without aches and pains and live your days full of vitality, strength, and balance to enjoy travel, time with family, and community, I’m your girl!

I worked for years in Physical Therapy as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who specialized in helping those with Parkinson’s Disease, Post-Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Balance issues, and every ache and pain under the sun from back pain to neck pain to knee, shoulder, and hip pain.

I saw there was a need for expert personal training services for those over 50. I received my Functional Aging Specialist certification, NCCPT personal training certification, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, and more. I founded Vitality Fitness and Wellness, LLC in 2014, providing personal training services for healthy adults to those with more complex medical issues. I built an expert team of personal trainers and our team has helped hundreds make a positive change in their lives!
